John Foard is the CCO and Co-Founder of Crown Advisors, LLC. His diverse background and training enables him to help clients pursue their long-term goals through comprehensive, individualized planning. Whether it’s planning for retirement or college expenses, building enduring relationships and helping people is truly John’s passion.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience, John has developed a comprehensive, client-focused approach to financial planning anchored in mutual respect and trust with the individuals, families, and business owners he works with.

Originally from Concord, NC, John now currently lives in the Ballantyne Area of Charlotte with his wife of 22 years, their 3 beautiful daughters, and Jack – the resident, mini labradoodle guard dog. In addition to cheering on his favorite Carolina teams throughout the year, John also enjoys watching his daughter’s lacrosse games, playing tennis and golf, and spending quality time with his family.

Another life passion for John’s is finding a cure for Rett syndrome, a unique developmental disorder of which his daughter Ella suffers. He is the former Treasurer/Member of the Board of Trustees of Rettsyndrome.org as well as founder of The Ella Foard Foundation for Rett Syndrome ellafoard.org.
